If you are not completely satisfied with an any Fuzzy Product you have purchased for any reason then you are entitled to return the order for a refund. Please contact us first to advise of any problems
We have confidence in all of our products and set the highest standards to all of the gifts which we allow onto our website. If you receive a product and you are not happy with its quality, we offer a free returns and refund service. This service does not cover items ordered in error, or other issues due to customer error but if you are not happy with the overall quality of a product or if it has arrived more than 7 days after your requested delivery date then we can offer a full refund.
If you would like to return an item ordered in error or any other reason not shown above, please simply return to the address below. Please provide a note outlining your reasons for the return and send the product in the original packaging to:

Fuzzy Products does not compensate for any costs incurred in returning items.
Orders can be cancelled by emailing us via our contact us section. Once your order status has been changed to shipped we are unable to amend any delivery details.
We will immediately replace any damaged products provided that we are notified within 7 days of your receipt of the goods. If we cannot replace the defective item we will offer an alternative or refund you in full once the item is returned to us. We will also refund your postage cost in returning the product to us if necessary.
